Star Chart

Star/Constellation Chart:

The original Star Chart was created millennia ago, this particular version was refined and brought into being in 5037 when the pressure for an alternate method of seeking the future became very popular due to the drastic silence of the gods in recent years. This version, as several before it is difficult to read properly, and cannot (due to its nature) properly display the current position of the Red Star. That being said this version of the Star Chart is still used in many circles, but still pales compared to viewing the sky on one’s own.

It is used by lining up an oval hole (see Astrographer’s Wheel) over the section of the stars that are visible during the current month, and thus blocking everything but the Southern Star, and about three months worth of sky, with the current month centered. From that point it is possible to determine what stars are currently visible, as well as the phases of the various moons that are in the sky currently.

All year:
- The Southern Star/Star of Guidance
- The Red Star/Star of Prophecy/Wandering Star
